Terms of Service

LinguistAI may be made available through TestFlight or other beta testing channels.

Beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, temporary limits, mock purchase flows, test interfaces, or unstable behavior. Features may change, be removed, or stop working without notice during testing.

You should not rely on beta versions of LinguistAI for critical, emergency, legal, medical, financial, or safety-sensitive communication.

LinguistAI is not a fully offline service.

To provide its features, LinguistAI may send audio, text, detected text, translation requests, voice samples, or related technical information to external providers, including speech recognition, translation, AI, and voice generation services.

You should not submit information that you are not allowed to share with external service providers.

Current versions of LinguistAI may not require account registration.

Future versions may add accounts, login, subscription tracking, time balance management, cloud sync, or account-based settings. If account features are introduced, additional terms or updated terms may apply.

You are responsible for keeping any future account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

LinguistAI may offer paid subscriptions, usage time packs, or other in-app purchases.

If in-app purchases are enabled, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's payment terms, subscription rules, cancellation process, and refund policies apply.

LinguistAI does not directly process or store your payment card information.

Access to paid features may depend on an active subscription, available purchased time, account status, technical availability, and compliance with these Terms.

You must not use LinguistAI to clone, imitate, or misuse another person's voice without permission.

You must not use voice cloning for fraud, impersonation, harassment, deception, illegal activity, or to mislead others about who is speaking.

You are responsible for the audio, text, images, voice samples, and other content you submit to LinguistAI.

You retain your rights to your content. By using LinguistAI, you authorize the app and its service providers to process your content as needed to provide the requested features.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and process the content you provide.

LinguistAI uses automated speech recognition, translation, AI, and voice technologies. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate for the context.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying translations before relying on them.

LinguistAI should not be used as the sole source for critical, legal, medical, financial, immigration, emergency, or safety-sensitive decisions.

LinguistAI does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, professional, or emergency advice.

Translations and AI-generated outputs are provided for convenience and communication support only.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of LinguistAI at any time.

Some features depend on external providers, network availability, device permissions, Apple services, and API availability. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers or network issues.

Your use of LinguistAI is also governed by the LinguistAI Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information may be processed when you use the app.

LinguistAI, including its name, design, interface, software, branding, and product materials, is owned by or licensed to its developer.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from LinguistAI except as permitted by law or with written permission.

LinguistAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may stop using LinguistAI at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to LinguistAI or specific features if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk for others, or used the app unlawfully.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of LinguistAI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
